Description

A 1987 Strathclyde single grain whisky from independent bottler Hunter Laing that was matured in a single refill barrel for 34 years before being bottled in April 2022 as part of its Sovereign series.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Aromas of apples, vanilla and forest fruits fill the nose.

Palate: Notes of liquorice, dark chocolate, brambles and blackcurrants throughout the palate.

Finish: Lingering in the finish.
