Gurkha Grand Reserve Cigars are infused with cognac for a unique smoke. Winston Churchill was famous for dipping his cigars in cognac to add an extra boost of flavor. Gurkha, however, doesn’t follow the method of simply dipping their cigars, their method involves taking some of the finest tobaccos grown in the Cibao Valley in the Dominican Republic, wrapping them in a Connecticut shade grown wrapper which is infused with Louis XIII, one the best cognac’s in the world.
Once the infusion process is complete, the cigars are hermetically sealed in a crystal tube and sealed with wax to allow the cigar to marinate and soak up the essence of the Louis XIII Cognac.
