A softer sweeter version of the green. Always a pleasure mixed up or even on the rocks. 91 points Wine Enthusiast: "Yellow, faintly tinged with green. The aroma is bright, mild and lime-lollipop sweet, although the flavor is more herbal, with hints of mint and anise, and a prounounced licorice finish and alcohol sting.
