Aged 3 months in bourbon American oak barrels and 3 months if French oak barrels. Medium-robust, with a yellow body and golden nuances. Fresh notes of basil and mint on the nose with abundant fruit such as apple and peach. A light touch of vanilla and cooked agave give way to oakiness. On the palate, fresh fruit flavors give way to agave and oak with very soft light sweetness to round out the flavors.
